Full Bucket Music has released Fury-68, a free VST synth plugin emulates the classic KORG Poly-61, a polyphonic analog synth originally released in 1982. Fury-68 stays true to the spirit of the hardware while offering enhanced features and modern usability.
Classic Sound, Modern Features
Fury-68 provides a faithful recreation of Poly-61’s character and sound, but with a number of enhancements made possible by software. It supports extended polyphony, a unison mode, and increased parameter resolution, allowing for more detailed sound design.
The plugin includes additional effects such as Phaser, Chorus, and Ensemble, giving users a broader palette of sonic possibilities. An optional enhancement section provides further flexibility, including an extended VCA envelope.
Intuitive Interface & Broad Compatibility
The user interface is resizable and features an alternative panel with a built-in preset browser for easier navigation. Fury-68 also includes full MIDI learn functionality, making it easy to integrate with any MIDI controller.
In addition, the plugin supports MTS-ESP by ODDSound for dynamic micro-tuning, catering to users interested in alternate tuning systems.
