What payment options are available?
We sell our plugins through Lemon Squeezy and Payhip, they accept payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, etc) and PayPal.
May I pay in US dollars or another currency other than euros?
No, we sell our plugins in Euros only.
I don’t have PayPal, can I still purchase?
Yes, of course, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase our products. Both Lemon Squeezy and Payhip process Credit and Debit cards via Stripe.
Will my data be protected? How secure is the online shop?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card, or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation and download links via email.
How long does the delivery take?
Products are delivered instantly via email. In the email, you will find order details and download links for the digital products you purchased.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the items we sell (digital downloads), we don’t offer refunds, unless the product doesn’t work as intended.
When you contact us with this issue, please attach a screen capture with the proofs of the bug(s). We encourage you to download and test the free LITE versions before you purchase the full-paid version. Also, before purchasing, please check the software/hardware requirements listed on the product page.
We are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase, have the wrong hardware/software specs, or have insufficient knowledge of how to use the product.

I lost my downloads, what can I do?
You can request new downloads via contact@audiolatry.com using the email address you used at the moment of the original purchase, or by giving us the order number.
