Filter4Tongue is built around a four‑band band‑pass filter bank arranged as two serial pairs running in parallel. It excels at sculpting drones, formant‑like textures, and animated timbres, with options for symmetrical or divergent tuning across the filters. A selectable non‑linear mode and onboard saturation add extra grit when pushed.
