What payment options are available?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, America Express, UnionPay (Japan)), wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), Shop Pay by Shopify and PayPal.
Also, we accept local payment methods such as Bancontact (Belgium) and iDEal (Netherlands).
May I pay in US dollars or another currency other than euros?
No, we accept only Euros as currency.
I don't have PayPal, can I still purchase?
Yes, of course, you don’t need to have a Paypal account to purchase our products. We process Credit and Debit cards via Shopify Pay & Stripe.
Will my data be protected? How secure is the online shop?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation and download links via email.
How long the delivery takes?
Products are delivered instantly via email. In the email you will find order details and download links for the digital products you purchased.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the items we sell (digital downloads), we don't offer refunds, unless the product doesn’t work as intended.
When you contact us with this issue, please attach a screen capture with the proofs of the bug(s). We encourage you to download and test the free LITE versions before you purchase the full-paid version. Also, before purchasing, please check the software/hardware requirements listed on the product page.
We are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase, have the wrong hardware/software specs, have insufficient knowledge on how to use the product.
By purchasing our products you are agreeing that refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of audiolatry.
Can I create an account at Audiolatry?
Yes, you can. You will have to create an account using the email address you used at the moment of purchase.

Please note products can not be downloaded via your user account. They can be downloaded from the email(s) received at the moment of the purchase.
User account contains only order history, with each order number and included products per order.
I lost my downloads, what can I do?
You can request new downloads via firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address you used at the moment of the original purchase, or by giving us the order number.
